gct99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

gct99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one gct99 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances frozen and any outstanding bonuses or winnings forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact gct99 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gct99 will never ask you for your password via any channel — phone, email, chat or otherwise. All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full liability for such activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, change your password immediately and notify gct99 support.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• gct99 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Accounts that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gct99 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in regularly to keep their account active.

gct99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transfer confirmation. gct99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gct99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; actual clearance times depend on your payment provider's processing schedule. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing — see Section 2 on KYC requirements.

All funds held in your gct99 account are held in trust for you and are segregated from gct99 operational funds. gct99 does not use player balances for any operational or business purpose. Your account balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms, any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and completion of any pending KYC checks.

gct99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer at the time of issue. The following general principles apply to all gct99 bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated winnings forfeited.
• gct99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical errors, or if the promotion has run its course.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements. In the event of a withdrawal request before wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

If you do not accept the amended Terms you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties in writing. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
